How do I contact Strike support?

If you encounter an issue relating to your Strike account or the Strike app you can contact support either in-app or by email.

To contact support in-app visit your Account screen and follow these steps:

  1. Tap Help
  2. Select a topic for your support request
  3. Type an explanation of the issue you’re facing
  4. Tap the white check icon to submit your request

Your help request will be sent to our customer support team, who will reply as soon as possible. Once submitted, you can view and reply to your support requests by visiting your Account screen and tapping on Support.

To contact support via email, you can send messages to support@strike.me. To help our support team more quickly assist you, please send your message from the email account that you used to sign up for your Strike account.

Please note, Strike does not offer customer support over the phone. If you are in contact with someone over the phone who claims to be from Strike please cease communications with them immediately and contact our support team via in-app support or via email.
